New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
We currently have contracts with the following carriers. If you do not see a carrier in question, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 817-923-8220. Thank you for allowing us to participate in your good health. We do not take Medicaid or any plans associated with Medicaid.
